Please read the Terms of Use for the Program carefully and in their entirety before purchasing and using the course/program/service (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). The Program and its content are owned by Heather Marie Morse / d/b/a CHESOTERIC and the Substack publication The Light Today.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “I”, “Our”, or “Us” means Heather Marie Morse / d/b/a CHESOTERIC

  • “Participation”, “Participating”, “Using”, or “Use” means reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Program.

  • “You”, “User” or “Your” means the purchaser and person using the Program.

By participating in the Program, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, and abide by, these Terms of Use.

3. Disclaimer

By participating in the Program, you understand that the instructor is a registered yoga teacher. This Program is for informational and educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional financial, legal, psychological, or medical advice.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

All materials provided are protected by U.S. copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Heather Marie Morse / d/b/a CHESOTERIC. This includes, but is not limited to, content, PDFs, meditations, workbooks, videos, and other educational tools.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the materials without written permission. Violations will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. No Sharing

You may not distribute, copy, or share the Program or its content with others beyond your individual use.

6. No Claims Made Regarding Results

Testimonials shared are examples only and do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

7. No Warranties or Guarantees

This Program is provided “AS IS” with no warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

8. Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless

By enrolling, you release and hold harmless Heather Marie Morse / d/b/a CHESOTERIC from all liability related to your participation. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any third-party claims arising from your use or misuse of the Program.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, whether or not the materials are accessed.

For illness or emergencies, we may allow transfers or reschedules at our discretion.

10. Arbitration Clause

Disputes not resolved via email will be handled through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Maryland.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from your use of the Program, including but not limited to physical, financial, or emotional harm.

12. Payment & Purchase Terms

When purchasing through Stripe or other processors, you authorize automatic payments per your plan. If a payment fails, you have 3 business days to resolve it. Full payment remains due regardless of access. To request a pause, notify us 14 days in advance.

13. Severability

If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action must be filed in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Jurisdiction
